This revolutionary institution will be a tax-exempt corporation owned by the U.S. government and will provide financing to clean energy projects. Initial funding of the Green Bank will be $10 billion which will be passed on to other Green Investing projects totaling up to half a trillion dollars in the first ten years of operation.
